Exceptional Iranian Artists.

Born in 1965 in Babolsar, Iran, Einoddin Sadeghzadeh is a calligrapher and visual artist trained at Tehran University, with a PhD in Art. His practice is rooted in Nastaliq and Shekasteh Nastaliq, extended through the layered repetitions of Siah-Mashgh into a contemporary visual language in tar and mixed media. He has exhibited from Paris to Los Angeles and won first prize for contemporary calligraphy at the International Arab Calligraphy Festival in Algeria.

Born in Tehran in 1999, Melika Sadeghzadeh is an Iranian visual artist based in Montpellier, where she graduated from the École des Beaux-Arts (MO.CO. Esba). Working across sculpture, installation, video and drawing, she gives form to the quiet violence carried by everyday domestic objects as a way of producing memory against forgetting. Winner of the 2026 Léon Roux Prize, Académie des Beaux-Arts, Paris.
